They may be some information we all need to be aware of before we get flu shots or encourage others to have one.
According to Hugh Fudenberg, MD, the worlds leading immunogeneticist and 13th most quoted biologist of our times (nearly 850 papers in peer review journals): If an individual has had five consecutive flu shots between 1970 and 1980 (the years studied), his or her chances of getting Alzheimers disease is 10 times higher than if he or she had one, two or no shots.
Fudenberg said it was due to mercury and aluminum that is in every flu shot (and most childhood shots). The gradual mercury and aluminum buildup in the brain causes cognitive dysfunction. Flu shots contain 25 micrograms of mercury. One microgram is considered toxic.

Others believe flu is more of a natural process than a disease as such. Colds and flu tend to occur as we head inside and the weather cools down. Exercise and perspiration are reduced. Taking actions that slow down the natural process that colds and flu accomplish can cause the body to become more toxic.
At this point many problems can began in our body. Fudenberg does not address this as a additional cause, but others have made that association.
