Columbia County's Procurement Department recently became one of only 62 government purchasing departments in the nation accredited by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing. The Procurement Department attained the Outstanding Agency Accreditation Achievement Award. Members of the procurement team are: Marion Cantrell (from left), procurement clerk; Tammy John, contract analyst; Cynthia Bailey, contract clerk; Richard Garcia, warehouse foreman; Greg Woodlief, procurement manager; John Samuels, courier; Brandi Bell, administrative assistant; and Candy Goff, Certified Professional Public Buyer. Goff also received the Certified Professional Public Buyer award in August.
