On vacation

Fulfilling a "lifelong dream," Jeanie Spears and her husband, former Columbia County Commissioner Frank Spears, traveled on a 10-day safari to Tanzania, Africa. They said the breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife more than made up for the spartan housing on the trip.
