Appling Fire Deparment hailed for rapid response to house fire

I would like to thank the Appling Fire Department for their amazing speed and professionalism during the fire at my home on June 7.

I could not believe how quickly they arrived from the time I called 911! Im sure without their quick response the fire would have been much worse, possibly even destroying my home.

Ive always said that Everythings better in Columbia County. Its nice to know the fire protection is, too!
