Dave Barbee, Richmond County Republican Party chairman, pushes Columbia County Republican Party chairman Lee Muns to the front door of Shepeard Blood Center on Davis Road. Barbee provided the ride and a check to Shepeard after losing a blood-drive challenge to Muns and Columbia County Republicans.
