Gainsville-based Brenau University opened its third Augustaarea site Wednesday morning.
The university now occupies three classrooms and offices at the Georgia Military College building on Davis Road in Martinez.
"This location has allowed us to solidify our partnership with Georgia Military College as we offer upper division and graduate courses here at the center," said Brenau President John Burd.
Brenau, which serves about 350 students in the Augusta area, also maintains campuses at Fort Gordon to serve military students and at Augusta Technical College.

"We are still maintaining our Fort Gordon office to serve military students, but moved over here so we could be more convenient to our non-military students," site coordinator Donny Moore said.
Brenau has had a presence in Augusta for the past 21 years, said Dr. Helen Ray, vice president of academic affairs.
The main campus in Gainesville, a women's college, is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year. Brenau also has a campus at Kings Bay, Atlanta and the Reinhardt campus in Waleska, Ga.
The Augusta campuses are part of the school's evening and weekend college. Besides it and the women's college, the school began an online college two years ago.
Brenau University offers more than 30 baccalaureate and graduate programs and is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award bachelor's , master's and specialist in education degrees.
