"I've had a great year," said Erin Swearingen, 18, who graduated from Augusta Christian on Saturday and will seek a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Georgia in the fall.
Fifty-six Augusta Christian students participated in Saturday's graduation.
"They've had to overcome adversity and have worked very hard to be here. I'm sure they'll all continue on to do great things with their lives with the Lord's guidance," Headmaster Joel Woodcock said after the ceremony.
Forty-four students graduated from Augusta Prep on Sunday.
"It's a beginning and an end," Juliana Momcilovic said after the Augusta Prep ceremony. "The beginning of the rest of our lives."
