Music teacher receives honor

A proclamation for dedicated service and professionalism was presented to Margaret Wiggins, music specialist at Blue Ridge Elementary School, by state Rep. Ben Harbin at the May 5 Parent-Teacher Organization meeting. The Blue Ridge Chorus performed at the state Capitol recently.
