Cardiac arrest

Shannon Powell, a volunteer for the American Heart Association, plays Judge Heartless and imposes sentence on Ruthie Fairclouth from Georgia Bank and Trust during the group's annual Cardiac Arrest. Volunteers who surrender to the Cardiac Arrest Parole Board had to barter for their release by bringing donations for the charity.
