Carraway's 'word is good' in Greenbrier defense

I am responding to Charlie Johnsons letter Sunday. He asks, Why is (Greenbrier High School Principal) Dr. Sandra Carraway still in her present position?

I have known Carraway for more than 18 years, and she is still in her present position because she is one of the most conscientious educators and administrators to be found in any school system. Carraway has been an educator for 19 years and her personal integrity and passion for the education and well-being of her students has been the hallmark of her career.

Carraway cares about the students of Greenbrier High School just as she cared about the students at Riverside Middle school as she led that school to become a National School of Excellence. Carraways character, integrity and standard of excellence have been a positive influence in every position she has held in the Columbia County school system. Carraway has reported that all the appropriate steps have been taken in the investigation of these incidents, and her word is good!
