'Cover-up' of sexual misconduct at Greenbrier 'isn't over'

Having a daughter at Greenbrier High, I am appalled at the action - or in this case, non-action - to take care of this cover-up concerning the recent rash of sexual misconduct at the high school.

Why is Dr. Sandra Carraway still in her present position? Obviously, this is no concern to the present school officials or for the media to get to the bottom of this. This cover-up is getting out of hand, and it seems nothing is being done to the one person who should have prevented this from the very start.

My anger should be justified by the other 1,500 parents who have daughters attending Greenbrier. What else is being covered up? Why have we not heard from her or the school board? Should there not be some type of apology given to the entire school? My God, she is there to protect them!

What exactly is this going to do to the students who may want to come forward and say something negative has taken place on school grounds? With this type of cover-up they wont. And who could blame them?

Carraway is making a mockery of the very same rules she swore to uphold. And the Board? What a joke. This will not be swept under the carpet. This is what is right and what is wrong, and Carraway's judgment call was wrong. Would you want her to make the same call if this were your daughter? I hope not. This is far from being over. This is our school, not hers. She has destroyed herself - dont let her destroy our kids!
