Historically, Americans are very proud of their individual freedom and the First Amendment guarantee of free speech. Tolerance and inclusion of all races, nationalities, religions, political affiliations and philosophies are what makes this country great. So what has happened during the last few weeks?

Dissenting opinions by citizens and other countries are not welcome. People and countries who do not agree with the goal of this administration to have a war are not our friends; they are against us and are our enemies.
Everyone is expected to fall in line behind this administration and its Rambo-style president and cheer for war. And - it is unpatriotic to be for peace. How ironic.
War - for those affected by it - means destruction, death, hunger, loss of fathers, mothers, children. War means disease, loss of habitat, total chaos and suffering beyond imagination. War is barbaric ...
I am American, and against war; I am for peace and I'm a patriot because of it.
