Swimmers wrap up season with a splash

Athletes from Evans, Greenbrier and Lakeside high schools finished off the 2002-03 prep swimming season at the Georgia High School Association swimming and diving championships, which concluded last weekend at the Westminster School in Atlanta.

Evans junior Christian Kata led the Columbia County contingent by recording two second-place finishes in the Class AAAAA finals.
