'User rationale' should apply to school tax, too

Editor:

A recent editorial said that The fairest fees are charged to those on whom the service has the most impact.

I would like to see this applied to removing my name from the school tax rolls since I have never had any children and it has no impact on me.

Please let us apply this user rationale to all aspects of our taxes!
