Indoor soccer camp

A Technical Soccer Training Christmas Skills Camp will be Thursday at the Patriots Park Gymnasium. The camp will be conducted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is for ages 5-16. The cost is $40 per camper. All campers need to bring a sack lunch, indoor shoes, shin guards and a ball. Instruction and water bottle provided at the camp. Baseball tryouts

The Dawgs travel baseball team is having tryouts at 1 p.m. next Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 5, at Harlem City Park. Players are needed to fill all positions, which are open to players in sixth through eighth grades who do not turn 14 before Aug. 1, 2003. For more information contact Gary Webb at 556-2662.

Tennis league registration

USA Team Tennis Spring 2003 Junior Tennis League registration will be Saturday, Jan. 11 at Petersburg Racquet Club. Players and team captains can register from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. If you are not already on a team, you may register as an individual and will be placed on a team. The league fee costs is $12, which pays for court fees and player T-shirt; a USTA membership is $13 - if you do not have a USTA membership, to receive immediate confirmation and a membership number, you can register with a credit card online at www.usta.com, or by calling the USTA at (800) 990-8782.
