August Christian Fall Festival
Augusta Christian School annual Fall Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at the school at 313 Baston Road, Martinez.
It will feature a silent auction, food, pony rides, Moon Walk, games, Mining for Rocks, an animal exhibit displaying alligators, snakes, and lizards, and a Country Kitchen selling casseroles, baked good and gifts.

Grovetown fall festival
The Grove First Baptist Church is hosting the Grovetown Community Fall Festival from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31, at the church at 108 W. Robinson Ave., Grovetown.
It will feature free food, games, candy and live entertainment. The public is invited, and scary costumes are discouraged.

Kids Helping Kids
The Junior Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 192, Evans will hold a Kids Helping Kids program for Halloween Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Legion Post on Legion Drive just off Owens Road off of Washington Road at the SunTrust Bank in Evans.
Auxiliary members and Junior Auxiliary members will be dressed as witches and will serve hot dogs, chips, drinks, and candy for the participants. For information or directions, call Miriam Stein at 863-7249 or Joan Reeves at 863-6113.
Fall Festival
Parkway Baptist Church's Sixth Annual Fall Festival will be Saturday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the church on William Few Parkway. The event will feature concerts by Cornerstone and Eleventh Hour. For more information, call 650-1493.
Patriots Park festival
Trick or Treat So Other Can Eat will be Thursday at Patriots Park from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Admission to the event is free with a canned good donation and there will be a pre-carved pumpkin contest.
