'Delighted, thankful' at Seaborn columns

Editor:

Thank you so much for Barbara Seaborns columns. So often I have thought of writing to tell you how much pleasure her words bring. I feel enlightened or happy or blessed after reading her words. My favorite was about the signers of the Declaration of Independence. That has been several years ago, but I still recall it and I have many others I have saved to enjoy again.

I could not miss the recent letter from Deborah Schaffer. I am not certain her comments added much to the subject of grief but, no doubt, she had good intentions. We cherish our right to free speech and it is valuable even when it is not used to offer assistance or support.

Seaborn should know her work is appreciated and valued. I look forward to her words concerning the Messenger, the Christian message and her message. Far from being displeased and disappointed, much of her audience is delighted and thankful.
