Columbia County Patriots Select Soccer

Weekend schedule at Patriots Park

Saturday: U11 Boys United vs. Augusta Arsenal White, 11:30 a.m. Yellow Field; U13 Boys vs. GSA Phoenix Black, 1 p.m. Yellow Field; U14 Boys vs. DDY Dynamite Blue, 2:30 p.m. Yellow Field.

Sunday: U11 Boys Revolution vs. Patriots United, 2 p.m. Yellow Field; U19 Boys vs. Cobb Chiefs Silver, 3:30 p.m. Yellow Field.

Evans Booster Club meeting

The Evans High School Athletic Booster Club will meet Monday in the school's media center at 7:30 p.m. All interested parents are invited to attend.

Soccer Camp

TST Soccer will hold a Soccer Skills Camp on Friday, Oct. 18 (Columbia County Schools student holiday) at the Patriots Park Soccer Complex. The camp is for players ages 5-16, and runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $40 per camper. All campers need to bring a sack lunch, indoor shoes, cleats, shin guards and a ball. Volleyball Club orientation

The Augusta Junior Olympic Volleyball Club will have an orientation meeting 2 p.m. Sunday at Augusta Preparatory Day School library, located on Flowing Wells Road in Martinez. The club is open to experienced players of middle school and high school age. A $25 pre-registration fee is required to participate in November tryouts.
