Church services
Bellevue Baptist Church will hold two special services at the church in Grovetown. Homecoming services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday with dinner to follow.
Revival services will be at 6 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday featuring guest pastor the Rev. Michael Davenport and choir director Michael Wall. A nursery will be provided for children ages 3 and under.
Writers meeting
CSRA Writers will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Barnes & Noble Booksellers, 1336 Augusta West Parkway.

Chamber holds Not Just Coffee
The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce will hold its bimonthly Not Just Coffee early morning networking event from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Evans Government Center Auditorium on Ronald Reagan Drive. The topic will be electronic voting with Columbia County Board of Elections Director Deborah Marshall speaking.

Lakeside dessert theater
The Lakeside High School Choral program will present its annual Dessert Theatre at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the school's auditorium. Tickets are $5 in advance and $6 at the door. Children under 3 are admitted free. For ticket information, call (706) 863-0027 extension 224.
Emmanuel Faith Tabernacle hosting guests
The Rev. Doretha Whittington and the Williams African Methodist Episcopal Church Family, of Newark, Md., will be worshiping with the Emmanuel Faith Tabernacle at 10 a.m. today.
The church meets at Westside High School, 1002 Patriots Way, Augusta, for Sunday morning services at 9:30 and 10:45 a.m. The pastor is the Rev. Eric L. Taylor.

Harlem church presents October revival
The Harlem United Methodist Church is holding its October revival - Fall In Love With Jesus - at 6 p.m. Sundays through October.
The Rev. Clay Jacobs will preach today with the church choir leading the music. On Oct. 13, the Rev. Dana Everhart will preach with the Thomson First United Methodist Church Praise Band providing music.
Child care is provided. The church is located a half block west of the light on U.S. Highway 278 in downtown Harlem.
