Devoti take oath

Mark Devoti was sworn in last week as the newest member of the Columbia County Commission. The former Grovetown City councilman fills the District 3 seat vacated by Barry Fleming - who chose to run for the Georgia House of Representatives.
Pictured (from left) is Devoti with his wife, Scarlett, and Columbia County Probate Court Judge Pat Hardaway. Devoti said he was ready to get work on the county's business.
"I will certainly do my best to do the job and make Columbia County proud," he said.
