River Clean-up scheduled
Rivers Alive is a statewide annual volunteer river clean-up event.
The Sierra Club is participating in the event on Saturday with an Augusta Canal Clean-up. The public is invited to join.

"Mr. Bob" to sing and tell stories
Bob Linsenmayer, "Mr. Bob," will give a family storytelling and folk-singing concert at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at the Unitarian Church located at 3501 Walton Way Ext., Augusta.
The program will include stories and songs for all ages. Donations will be accepted.
Second Ebenezer celebrating annual revival
Second Ebenezer Baptist Church will celebrate it's annual revival at 7 p.m. nightly Aug. 26-28 at the church located at 4510 Old Waynesboro Road, Hephzibah.

West Acres to host Ruth Graham McIntyre
Ruth Graham McIntyre, daughter of Billy and Ruth Graham, will speak at the West Acres Baptist Church Ladies Event at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23. The church is located at555 Gibbs Road, one mile past Evans High School on the right.
