July 17-20: Georgia Recreation and Parks Association 10-year-old boys state tournament; GRPA 10-year-old girls fastpitch softball state tournament.

Camps

Volleyball

The second-annual Greenbrier Volleyball Camp will be held July 23-26 at the Greenbrier High School gymnasium. The camp is for girls in grades 6-9, and is limited to the first 30 players to sign up. Daily camp times are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $50, which includes a T-shirt. For more information call Debbie Born at 650-6043, ext. 220.

Basketball camp

The Bulldog Basketball Camp will be held next week at the Harlem High School gymnasium. The camp is for rising eighth through 12th graders, and the cost is $75. Daily camp times are 9 a.m. to noon. For more information contact Kim Chambers at 868-6897.

Soccer

Two youth soccer camps will be held at Patriots Park July 22-26. One session is from 9 a.m. till noon daily, and the second session is a Striker-Keeper Camp for advanced players, which runs from 6 to 9 p.m. Online registration is available at www.tstsoccer.com. Volleyball clinic

A volleyball clinic will be held Aug. 1 at the First Baptist Church of North Augusta Family Life Center. The clinic is from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and will be conducted by Coker College head coach Cindy Robarge, along with experienced players from the Coker team. The cost is $30, which includes a T-shirt. The clinic is limited to the first 30 girls, ages 11 to 18, registering before July 20. For more information please call 279-2215.
