A group of students from Lakeside High School recently visited France for two weeks. They spent time in Paris, Normandy, Tours, Loire Valley, Lourdes, Nimes, Nice and Monaco.
One highlight of the trip was a tour of the American Military Cemetery at Omaha Beach in Normandy on June 7, the day after the anniversary of D-Day.
