The Augusta Museum of History is proud to announce that it will hold the world premiere of the documentary, "Twice a Hero: The Jimmie Dyess Story. The premiere will take place on Monday, July 1 in the museum's History Theatre will special commentary from Maj. Gen. Perry M. Smith immediately following. Combo tournament jump starts season
Technically it was still spring, but the boys of summer got an early start this month at Patriots Park, where the Columbia County Recreation Department staged machine-pitch and combo-league baseball tournaments.
