Leadership needed on protection of newborns

When the daily paper recently listed important measures yet to be passed by the Georgia legislature, the paper did not even mention the Safe Haven Bill (which will protect the lives of newborn infants).

Now that its passage into law seems certain, they have jumped on the band wagon, urging its passage.

In a time of lead, follow, or get out of the way, the new regime is definitely following and many of us wish they would just get out of the way.
