Depiction of suicide bombers' moms 'insensitive' to Muslims, Mideast woes
I was appalled by the choice of the cartoon by Jon Tanner published on Feb. 13, which depicted two mothers regaling the death of their sons over a cup of coffee.

Legacy of Martin Luther King's dream is racial 'inclusion,' not separation
This is the dream discovered by the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He was a child of God, and so are all (out of every nation and tongue) who are born again. There were many who missed this message in the Old Testament or there would not have been a need for the New, which canceled the Old. When the New comes, we must amend our ways.

North Harlem Elementary pupils will participate in the Leukemia Society's Pennies for Patients campaign until Friday. All grades will participate by bringing in spare change to help in the fight against childhood cancer. The school will be participating in the event until Friday.
