Sad to see Silver Eagle Speedway shut down

This letter is in response to the story by Preston Sparks regarding Silver Eagle Speedway

My family, friends and myself were saddened by this storry. We really love and enjoy going to this track last year, and were looking forward to it opening back up this year. This was the closest thing we had to NASCAR that we, as big fans, could afford.

We all looked forward to getting together on Saturday night where we could cheer on our favorite car or driver. Drivers like Brandon Carpenter, Grant Jordan, the Stewart Brothers, and Terry the Bear Marshall, to name a few, made it very exciting and leaving us wanting to come back the next Saturday night.

I wish I was a rich person, so I could buy and fix up this track so I could keep it open for all of us NASCAR fans who love the excitement, the speed, and the thrills. If theres any way, anybody could help keep this track opened, they would have many loyal people with great ideas to make this track a big success.
