Region champs

The Lakeside High School competition cheerleading squad performs its championship-winning routine during a pep rally Friday at the Lakeside gym. The cheerleaders repeated as Region 3-AAAA champions during the region meet Jan. 26 at Washington County High School. That title earned the team a trip to the Class AAAA state championships last weekend in Columbus. Team members are Meghan Cox, Erin Little, Kelsey Little, Trisha Weese, Lindsay Bissell, Cari Nobles, Jennifer Rowland, Lindsay Schoellman, Rebekah Bridges, Mackenzie Lee, Jennifer Rhoden, Holly Sheehan, Toni Snoddy, Morgan Starr, Stephanie Swale, and, Nicole Willis. The Lakeside competition cheerleaders are coached by Christa Burch and Kelli Hardin.
