The Columbia Middle School band performs during the school's Veteran's Day Celebration. Major General (Ret) Perry Smith, USAF, the guest speaker, recounted the exploits of Jimmie Dyess, the only person to ever receive both the Congressional Medal of Honor and the Carnagie Medal for heroism.
