Even though she averaged almost 10 points a game a year ago, Grovetown High School’s Kwajelin Farrar isn’t quite so interested in her offensive statistics.
In 2013-14, where the Lady Warriors’ 6-foot junior post player stood out was hauling down rebounds to the tune of 13 per-game.
“Oh, yes, I love defense,” Farrar said. “Defense is where all the fun things happen like blocking shots, rebounds. Rebounds are always fun because I just like to jump. I just love the jumping part,” she said laughing.
