In his second year at Harlem, coach Todd Booker is trying to lead his team to the playoffs.
The majority of the Bulldogs were toddlers the last time the school made postseason play. But the team enters this year with a renewed sense of confidence.
“We’re trying to flip the page here,” Booker said. “The kids are buying into what we’re doing.”
Harlem opens the season Friday night at Glascock County. The Bulldogs are looking to start their season in style after falling short in several games in 2015.
