The All-Region 2-AAAA baseball team was announced recently.
Greenbrier’s Jordan Hunt was named the Region Player of the Year in a season in which he has amassed a 9-0 record thus far and is one of the team’s more dangerous hitters.
Seniors represented half of the 20 first team members. Greenbrier, which sports a 28-2 record heading into the state’s semifinals, tied with Evans with five first team members.
