Regarding an article in The News-Times’ April 22 Police Blotter, “Man found on road median”:
The story noted that deputies found a gun in the man’s motel room.
What about having a gun in one’s room makes the story newsworthy? What did that gun have to do with him being found on the median of the road? That gun only becomes news if it is used for criminal activity. What if he had a ball bat, or knife, or the tire from his car? Would these also been newsworthy?
It seems you do not mind bashing the Second Amendment or any other right as long as you can print what you want. Keep in mind, no Second Amendment, no freedom from oppression.
