Knology, having recently acquired the cable, phone and internet, franchise in Grovetown is getting to work.
After our purchase, we’ve realized there is more repair work than we anticipated. But not to worry; we’ll have crews on the streets and in neighborhoods upgrading our distribution system and service starting Monday.
As Knology works throughout the city, we will notify our customers by “tagging” their front door with a reminder that they might have temporary disruptions in service.
Our customers don’t need to do a thing, and there is really no need to call us unless your service is out for more than 30 minutes.
It’s all part of us trying to improve the reliability and quality of our phone, Internet and cable TV service.
