Water ordinance enacted

Citing a directive from the State Water Control Board that gives the county 90 days to correct water shortage problems, County Commission Dillard Watkins announced that the treatment plant must be enlarged. He introduced an ordinance authorizing restrictions on water use in emergency situations.
