The Civil War Roundtable of Augusta meets Jan. 20 at Goodwill’s Snelling Center on Furys Ferry Road. The internationally renowned St. Olaf Choir and Conductor Anton Armstrong present a concert at St. John United Methodist Church, 736 Greene St., Augusta, at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11. The Poetry Matters Project and Columbia County Library team up to sponsor the third worshop for teens at the library. The workshop titled How to Submit Prize Winning Poetry will take place from 4-5:30 p.m., Jan. 21 at Columbia County Library, 722 Evans Town Center Blvd. in the lower level classroom.
