The Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta will have its third annual Holiday Open House and Artisans Market this weekend.
The free event will be held 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
