We have yet to turn on our central heat. My husband and I know that we probably should, just to knock off the edge, just for the sake of the children, just for the challenge of heating a house that can't be heated.

It has always been a dream of mine to bring a performance arts center to Thomson. A performance arts center would give young and old a chance to fulfill their dreams to become a singer, a model, an actor or an actress.
The new year has begun and, like in other years, many of us plan to make healthier choices. With an adult smoking rate of almost 20 percent in Georgia, there's no better time than now to make a plan to quit smoking.
