North Augusta investigators are asking for assistance in their search for a person who broke into several vehicles Friday evening.
A black male driving a white SUV was seen on residential surveillance video committing the acts around 10 p.m.
The Family Y of North Augusta is offering an extended Drop and Shop for parents on Friday.
Children can be dropped off at the Family Y from 8 a.m. to noon or from 4 to 8 p.m. Staff members will provide child care.

Man threatens teen with knife
