People gathered Saturday at the Anglican Church of the Holy Trinity with a variety of pets in tow for the church's annual St. Francis Day Blessing of the Animals.

Two men were arrested after a holdup of a North Augusta bank on Oct. 1 that led to a chase through two counties and ended with money being thrown from the vehicle before it was stopped.
