As they sat around a table, sixth-grade members of Men Being Accountable engaged in a conversation with John Kelly Long about their dreams, having mentors and the difference it has made.
Long, a staffer for U.S. Sen. Tim Scott, took notes and intently listened as they shared aspects that makes their mentoring program work such as trust, brotherhood and being accountable.
