The cleaning crew

On Nov. 16, seventh- and eighth-grade pupils from Augusta Christian spent the day at Lake Thurmond cleaning up around the Plum Branch Yacht Club as part of their community service project. More than 65 students cleaned up the shore and pulled tires, chains, boat batteries, cans, bottles and other trash out of the lake, collecting more than 50 bags of trash.  Special Photo
