After months of planning and construction, Mike Mulherin, manager of the new Steak ’n Shake, has his eye on the finish line.
The restaurant, located on Jimmie Dyess Parkway at Interstate 20, is scheduled to open Sept. 27.
Mulherin said they recently began accepting applications and setting interviews for the approximately 150 openings expected. About 400 people already have applied, he said.
Training will begin approximately 10 days before the restaurant opens.
