A Wagener, S.C., woman is wanted for shoplifting Rogaine and headache powder from an Evans grocery store last week.
Columbia County authorities have an arrest warrant for Nicole Leigh Masters, 28, of 647 Country Lane.
An assistant manager at the Publix at 4274 Washington Road said Feb. 1 that a woman, later identified as Masters, came into the store at about 5:45 p.m. the previous day and stole $311.48 worth of merchandise including four boxes of Rogaine, a bottle of Rogaine foam, 17 packs of BC powder and 10 Goody’s powder packs, according to a Columbia County Sheriff’s Office incident report.
The theft was caught on store surveillance video.
Masters also is wanted in Columbia, S.C., according to sheriff’s Capt. Steve Morris.
Anyone with information about Masters’ whereabouts should call the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office at (706) 541-2800.

This never gets any traction, but I would love to see the statistics of crimes committed in Columbia County broken down by the county of residence of the criminal.
