Traffic was snarled Tuesday afternoon on Old Evans Road at Connor Drive after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
The adult female was taken to an area hospital by Gold Cross EMS.
The incident is under investigation by the Columbia County Sheriff's Office.
