Posted: December 14, 2012 - 12:13pm

A winning lottery ticket sold at a Columbia County store netted a Lincolnton man a hefty Christmas bonus.

Michael Gibbs, 43, was one of two players to match all five numbers from the Dec. 10 Fantasy 5 drawing, with each winning $364,387, according to a release from the Georgia Lottery.

Gibbs bought his winning Quik Pik ticket at Pair of Jacks, 6600 Washington Road in Leah, near the Lincoln County line. The second jackpot winning ticket was purchased in Marietta.

Winning numbers from the Dec. 10 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 10-15-16-26-34.

Gibbs claimed his prize Thursday at the Georgia Lottery District Office in Augusta and said, “I’ll pay the house off. I may do extra Christmas shopping.”
