Columbia County employees are trying to find Sherie Jones.
Her name is engraved inside a 1976 Evans High School class ring that was found Thursday.

According to a news release, the ring was discovered by a worker while vacuuming a lift station at the Little River Waste Water Treatment Plant in Columbia County.
Anyone with information that would help reunite the ring with its owner may call the EMA Office at (706) 868-3303 or e-mail emergencymanagement@columbiacountyga.gov, the news release said.
