Emergency workers take to a waiting ambulance a man who was injured when the roof of a storage building collapsed on him behind a Martinez home Wednesday morning. The injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

Firefighters and emergency medical workers were called this morning to a home on Carson Cutoff in Martinez, after the roof of a storage building fell on the man building it and injured his leg.
