Three people were robbed at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon during a home invasion in Evans.
Two men in their early 20s and a 19-year-old woman told Columbia County sheriff’s deputies that two men forced their way into their home on the 200 block of Lariat Circle at about 3 p.m.
All three were forced to lay on the floor while the robbers took cell phones, an Ipad, an X-Box and cash. Then, they ran from the home, according to a sheriff’s office report.
The victims described the robbers: The first was described as black, 6-foot, 180 pounds, wearing khaki pants and a camouflage jacket. The other robber also is black, 5-foot-7, 200 pounds, was wearing denim pants and a black hooded sweat shirt.
