Dr. Paul Fischer (left), with the Centers for Primary Care, presented Columbia County School Superintendent Charles Nagle with a framed original cartoon by News-Times artist B.J. Wood on Thursday during the principals conference. The cartoon depicts a child with big shoes, dressed up for Halloween as Nagle's replacement. Nagle plans to retire at the end of the school year.
